Rest assured, there are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment. The outdoor security footage is confidential and used solely for liability reasons, such as in incidents of break-ins, injuries, or emergencies, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind during your stay. Being in Northeastern part of Ohio and right next to the lake, in rare occasions, the weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot share access to basement due to safety and insurance reason. Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. Power outage during extreme cold weather can happen but our building has a backup generator so it is safe to stay put during negative windchill weather.

This was a great house and Mimi is a great host. This was our second time staying here. The house is conveniently located, it’s clean and fully stocked. My kids loved the house as well there were games for them to play. Mimi was also very friendly and responsive. Less than a 10 minute drive to cedar point. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay here while playing tourist and riding roller coasters. Half of our group had travel issues and arrived in the early hours of the morning when everyone else was already sleeping, but had no issues finding the place and getting into the building. It’s a very minor thing, but having the bathroom doors clearly labeled made it so a wrong door wasn’t accidentally opened, and nobody was woken up. It’s this kind of attention to the small details that made this accommodation stand out. The place is also near a lot of restaurants and bars which was a plus!

We had a great stay and were conveniently only minutes away from our boat marina for the Fourth of July weekend. Our unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The downtown area had good restaurants and an ice cream shop for us to enjoy. We even forgot an item when we left and Mimi made it so easy to retrieve our item a week later. We would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful time! The place was very clean, spacious and even had games to play if you needed something to do! Mimi is very responsive if anything is needed and we had pretty much everything you could have possibly needed. Also very close to Cedar point which was what we were looking for. My only suggestion.. add more baking sheets. We could not seem to find any. We located one tray but was not sure if it was an actual baking pan. Otherwise, we would stay again.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the apartment. This is a fun, themed apartment in a very cool historic building. The location is convenient and very walkable. Mimi is a great host and worked to make our stay a good one. She is very caring and responsive.

We were attending a convention nearby and this was perfect for our uses, within our budget and had more than enough space for all five of us. Plenty of parking space so it wasn't an issue that we had two vehicles. Very easy to get in and was one of the few places big enough for us in the area that had more than one bathroom. Not the sort of place I would want to be staying long term, but great for attending conventions or other things in the area.

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. Spent most of our time at Cedar Point, but the air bnb was a great place to hang after our long day. The theme and decor made the weekend extra special. The apt held all 8 of us perfectly and it did not feel crammed. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and everything worked perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again if I found myself in the area. Mimi was informative and even allowed for an earlier check in than initially described. The neighborhood was quiet and near by many local restaurants. Although, there was no place to recycle.
