Accommodations & Amenities: Bedrooms: 4 twins bunk bed in the first bedroom (sleeps 4), a queen bed in the second (sleeps 2), and a twin convertible sofa bed in the dinning room (sleeps 1). Tech-Friendly: Enjoy 2 Smart TVs, a 50" TV in the living room, another one in the dining room and one in the small bedroom. Feel free to also log in to any of your streaming services on our TVs during your stay. Deck staircases are 20ft high. We have put extra safety measure to make it as safe as possible. Both sides have sturdy railings, non skid strips and solar night lights on the staircases. We use all hypoallergenic products throughout the entire unit. The entire cleaning fee is directly allocated to our dedicated cleaning staff, whom we proudly compensate with a living wage. Additionally, for your convenience and peace of mind, we offer 24/7 on-site staff assistance for any needs that may arise during your stay. Video Surveillance: Cameras are installed strictly in outdoor common areas of the property for security purposes. Rest assured, there are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment. The outdoor security footage is confidential and used solely for liability reasons, such as in incidents of break-ins, injuries, or emergencies, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind during your stay. Being in Northeastern part of Ohio and right next to the lake, in rare occasions, the weather can be unpredictable. While we cannot share access to basement due to safety and insurance reason. Safety protocol for a solid brick building like ours is to stay between doorways or in the bathroom. Power outage during extreme cold weather can happen but our building has a backup generator so it is safe to stay put during negative windchill weather.
